Start Software Support Stats - January 2015

We improved our support desk stats slightly last month after a very difficult December.

We resolved nearly 92% of high priority calls on time in January and nearly 90% of all calls. That's not a bad effort considering we took 512 calls together!

We are open for business as usual throughout the Christmas and New Year period. Thursday 24 December: Office closes at 4pm Friday 25 December: Closed Monday 28 December: Closed Tuesday 29 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Wednesday 30 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Thursday 31 December: Open with reduced staffing levels Friday 1 January: Closed As usual, we are not sending Christmas cards to clients but instead we are donating to our favourite charity, the RNLI . We wish all of our customers a Happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
